How the project runs
- Consult & Measure: We assess existing plumbing, structure, and ventilation before pricing.
- Design & Specify: Tile boards, fixture schedules, and plumbing diagrams reviewed and signed off.
- Build: Demo, rough plumbing, waterproofing inspection, tile, and finish — sequenced to minimize downtime.
- Final Walk: Leak test, glass install, and a written warranty on workmanship and waterproofing.
Frequently asked questions
- How long does a bathroom remodel take? A standard guest bath runs 3–5 weeks; primary bath renovations typically run 6–10 weeks depending on scope.
- What waterproofing systems do you use? Schluter Kerdi or equivalent sheet-applied membranes on every wet wall and curb. We do not use rolled liquid systems alone.
- Can you move the toilet, shower, or tub location? Yes — we route new drain and vent lines and obtain plumbing permits as required by local code.
